Welcome to LEO 2.0, an AI-powered immigration and legal workflow assistant. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LEO 2.0 website and the services provided through it (the “Service”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Website or Service — including Home, Pricing, Subscribe, and Try Before You Buy — you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
LEO 2.0 is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) AI platform designed to assist with immigration-related documentation, generate drafts of legal documents, provide structured guidance based on user inputs, automate workflow processes, and enhance efficiency and transparency.
LEO 2.0 is not a law firm and does not independently provide legal representation. Use of LEO does not create an attorney-client relationship with Allcanza Inc.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a firm, company, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Service is intended for professional use, including attorneys, accredited representatives, and trained immigration professionals. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and professional rules.
4. Account Registration
To access paid features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
5. Free Trial — “Try Before You Buy”
If you enroll through /trybeforeyoubuy, trial access may be limited in duration, features, or output volume.
Trial access may require payment method authorization and may convert to a paid subscription if not canceled before the trial ends, if disclosed during enrollment.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate trial programs at any time.
6. Subscription & Billing
Subscription plan details are available at /pricing and /subscribe.
By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees, authorize recurring billing (monthly or annual as selected), and provide accurate billing information.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
No Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not prorated.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
LEO 2.0 generates content using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended results.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use, including any filing, submission, advice, or representation derived from LEO.
8. No Legal Advice
LEO 2.0 provides informational and workflow assistance tools only. Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not constitute legal advice.
If you are not a licensed attorney or accredited representative, you are responsible for complying with unauthorized practice of law (UPL) regulations in your jurisdiction.
9. Data & Confidentiality
You retain ownership of your input data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
We implement commercially reasonable security measures; however, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your confidentiality obligations.

10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including software, branding, design, and related intellectual property) remain the exclusive property of Allcanza Inc.
You may not reverse engineer, copy system architecture, resell access without authorization, or create derivative competitive systems.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use LEO 2.0 to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Engage in fraud or misrepresentation
- Harass or threaten individuals
- Generate knowingly false filings or evidence
- Circumvent subscription limits or access controls
- Attempt system exploitation, prompt injection attacks, or unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.
12. Service Modifications
We may modify features, add or remove functionality, improve models, and adjust pricing (with notice where required). Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updates.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allcanza Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, filing errors, or immigration case outcomes.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allcanza Inc. from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your legal filings or outputs, your violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, illegal activity, or abusive behavior. You may terminate your subscription at any time.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in New Mexico.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on the Website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
